About Us

Property Logic was established by Danny Sukkar and Sandra Smith. Danny has more than 19 years of experience in the property valuation and consultancy sector, having worked as an Associate Director for one of the largest independent and highly revered valuation practices since 2000.

Danny is a Registered Valuer under the Valuers Act 2003, an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (API) and a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV).

Danny specialises in development consultancy, feasibility analysis and market research studies in addition to all valuation matters including advisory.

Sandra Smith has more than 10 years of experience in the retail property sector, having worked for some of the Countries largest retailers.

Danny and Sandra both completed a Bachelor of Land Economics degrees with honors at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
